Our Design Process

First Contact

To get your ideas on paper, we like to begin with meeting you in person. In this meeting, you can bring in photos of spaces you like or ideas of what you are after. It is our aim to make the entire build process as smooth as we can and our builder is personally involved in each project. From your brief and keeping your budget in mind, our team is ready to start bringing your dream to a reality.

Your Location

Unlike most companies breezewayhouse is focused on designing a home that best suits your location. We like to incorporate features of the environment, the slope of your block and the direction your house is facing to come up with the best home for you.

Design Ready

From your ideas, our design team brings your house to life and you will be able to see the emerging product through our 3D modelling software. We like to perfect the design with you in real time so that you can visualise each space. Once you are satisfied with the design your home is ready to go from paper to reality.
