Design
  • After your initial meeting with Darren you will be assigned a personal designer who will be in contact with you
  • They will work with you at your pace to design your home. This can involve face to face meetings or communication by phone or email
  • You will be offered a 3D walk through of your custom designed home by your Designer. This will help you gain a better perspective of what your new home will look like

Quoting
  • Once you are satisfied with the design it will be quoted
  • You will then be contacted to set up a meeting with Darren to receive your quote (we always do this in person)
  • On acceptance of the quote you will pay an initial deposit P2 to progress to the next stage

Contract
  • You will be contacted by Sonya our Client Services Manager (CSM) and sent a “Client Letter” to explain the next stage in detail and the things you are responsible for
  • This stage is where you choose everything for your house, guided by our CSM
  • You will visit our suppliers (plumbing, flooring etc)
  • Our cabinet-maker will contact you for a meeting to design your kitchen and all cabinetry
  • You will meet with our CSM to make the remainder of selections (eg colours and all internal specs)
  • At this stage your electrical plan will be finalised, also guided by CSM and Designer
  • On completion of selections your initial quote will be adjusted accordingly
  • You are now ready to sign a fixed price contract
  • Any changes made post contract signing will incur a variation and administration fee

Construction
  • After signing the contract your construction plans are now ready to be sent to Council for approval
  • Once your house is ready to start you will be in the hands of our Project Manager, who will liaise with you during the build and offer you regular on-site visits through to completion and handover
